The above scene was 16 years ago. Time does fly.This morning, I'm sitting here watching another inauguration. A great day for America! It's Interesting to see all the guests & former Presidents arrive. No matter what, it makes me proud to be an American as I watch the peaceful transaction of power.

I agree, I was watching the motorcade this morning and thinking, wow that's a lot of coordination!
It made me grateful that the district decided to make today the teacher work day, because I could just grade and enjoy watching TV this morning.
One thing I wish, though, is that somehow there were little bubbles above the people's heads so we could see what they were thinking. Wouldn't that be awesome?!
HA! Andria, yes, yes. I would have loved to know what certain people were thinking, especially as they were introduced as they walked outside to be seated.
VH1 meets CNN? That would certainly be an interesting combination.
(Makes me want to go watch the music and lyrics credits. NOW. )
